Being a North India’s 27 year old secular, non-sectarian, social development organization that works since 1990 mainly for advancing of rural research & development; combating poverty, hunger and acute malnutrition; advancing the minorities social and economic welfare centric projects. At ,Jeevan Lok Nirman Sansthan, which means in English, “Public Life Building Foundation”, we are all here to be a service to those who can’t be a service to themselves! The following are the objects of Jeevan Lok Nirman Sansthan;

  1. To promote tolerance, communal harmony and good will among various groups of people.
  2. To focus on health, education, employment, livelihood, culture, rural development, institution-building and the promotion of economic development; help society towards a search for self-reliance and socio-economic uplift-mint.
  3. To improve living conditions and opportunities for the poor, without regard to their faith, origin or gender; to reduce poverty, diminish the vulnerability of poor populations and alleviate economic and social exclusion.
  4. To empower the vulnerable sections of the society by building up their capacities through education, health and skill-based development; dedicate to promoting entrepreneurship and building economically sound enterprises in the developing world.
  5. To operate in both rural and urban settings, microfinance programmers, institutions, to help poor people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds to expand their incomes, improve their quality of life and become self-reliant; break the grip of multigenerational debts and liberate themselves from perpetual servitude.
  6. To strengthen the marginalized communities in a sustainable manner to support its children, youth, the aged, widows, orphans and families leading towards human development with equity, dignity and justice ; to enhance the capacities of the target groups, families and communities through empowerment, participation and advocacy ; to work towards networking, strengthening alliances and building partnerships with national and international organizations with mutually compatible objectives so as to accomplish its objectives.
  7. To operate schools and advanced educational programmers that provide quality pre-school, primary, secondary, and higher secondary education services to students in a formal and non-formal mode ;significantly contribute to achieve quality universal and higher education that facilitates a just, equitable and humane society.
  8. To fund / sponsor specific activities such as scholarships to underprivileged students, loans to needy students, research grants to faculty , research grants to students , payments to visiting faculty , funding for seminars / publications/ endowing Chairs/physical infrastructure/soft infrastructure.
  9. To assist communities to develop, manage, and sustain the health care they need; provide accessible medical care in modern, efficient, and cost-effective facilities; work in partnership with other agencies in the development of communities and the enhancement of their health; educate physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals; conduct research and contribute to the development of national and international health policy.
  10. To work improve the built environment, particularly housing design and construction, village planning, natural hazard mitigation, environmental sanitation, water supplies, and other living conditions through the provision of material and technical assistance and construction management services for rural and urban areas.
  11. To provide relief and assistance following landslides, earthquakes, cyclones, floods and disease epidemics ; to undertake resettlement programmers for displaced families and extend relief and recovery support for communities would making the transition to development.
